PALO SANTO AND NEGATIVITY

We are living in a time of anxiety; our daily lives are changing from moment to moment. We become overwhelmed, afraid, outraged, horrified, and feel helpless. Sometime we just want to shut out all the scary things happening without any sense. We want to feel stay safe or protected when needed to be prepared.

Feeling afraid right now is natural, and to some degree, realistic. But how do we maintain a sense of inner peace or well-being in a world that is legitimately so broken? Before we offer help to anyone, we all want to make sure we are not the one who create the next chaos to anyone.

In these chaos and uncertainty , focus on your practise and also be open minded to welcome new synergy. we need to first declutter those negativity in the space surround us. Leave the space with blankness, which also mean you are ready for everything good to come and change.
